Alfredo Sauce Recipe

 

1 Cup Heavy Cream

¼ cup Butter

1 cup parmesan cheese

¼ cup sliced garlic

¼ cup white wine

Salt

Extra virgin olive oil

In a large pan add EVOO and heat, add garlic, when beginning to brown add white wine and let reduce until almost dry, add cream and allow to simmer, slowly add cheese and allow to incorporate, once desired thickness toss in pasta and enjoy!
